Save & Resume Forms/Surveys
Forms and surveys that are filled out will be saved locally on the browser by default until submission. As a result, if it needs to be resumed later, the data will be available for use.

So basically if there is a question with Multiselect upto 3 options, I should be able to ask the following questions for the chosen multi select answers. E.g Question A: What are your top three dishes? Select 3. Options 1: Pizza , Option 2: Burger, Option 3: Rice, Option 4: Pasta Option 5: Curry Wurst Answers chosen : Pizza, Rice, Pasta Question B: How would you rate your favorite dishes Pizza, Rice & Pasta in terms of their healthiness?
